The beginning of the 2014/15 winter semester saw the launch of an alliance between the Brand Academy and Engel & Völkers, a globally leading service provider dealing in high-quality residential and commercial property and yachts.
The aim was to create a marketing strategy, as well as the actual visual implementation in the marketing mix, for a current theme belonging to the project partner in the residential property sector. Teams of Brand Design and Brand Management students elaborated creative approaches and presented them to the practical partner Engel & Völkers at regular project meetings. The culmination was a presentation of the results from the Brand Academy think tank to the German Board of Engel & Völkers.
