American Express is a global service company, providing customers with exceptional access to products, insights and experiences that enrich lives and build business success.
The kick-off meeting with Mrs. Simone Fischer, Head of Customer Marketing Germany & Austria, took place at the Brand Academy in late April 2016.
During the meeting our students have been introduced to the brand American Express and discussed the project extensively.
The students were working hard on ideas and approaches for American Express and got feedback in a second meeting in mid June 2016.
The final presentation took place at Amex in Frankfurt one month later, in late July 2016.
